Diginex-US ("we," "us," "our") operates diginex-us.com and app.diginex-us.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled, in plain language rather than dense legal text.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly
- Business Directory registration: business name, category, description, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, city, state, country, whether you serve consumers, businesses, or both, and any social media links you choose to add.
- Account login: either your phone number, used to send a one-time password (OTP) for verification, or your Google account details (name, email) if you choose to sign in with Google. We do not store the OTP itself beyond the verification window.
- Free Visibility Audit form: name, business email, phone, website URL, business type, and your stated challenge.
- Find Influencers form: name, email, phone, business name, niche, target region, chosen package, and any budget or notes you provide.
- Request a Quote form: if you contact a registered business through their profile, your name, phone, email, quantity needed, and requirement details are shared with that business.
- Direct communication: anything you share with us via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms.
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics on your Business Directory profile (views, traffic sources) if you register.
- Standard website usage data (pages visited, browser type, general location) via analytics tools.
How We Use Information
- To create and operate your Business Directory profile or account.
- To send OTP codes or process Google Sign-In for login verification.
- To respond to form submissions — audits, influencer research requests, quote requests, or general enquiries.
- To send you service-related communication (e.g. your audit report, influencer shortlist, or lead confirmations) via email or WhatsApp.
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies:
- MSG91 — sends OTP verification messages to your phone number.
- Google Sign-In — used as an optional login method; Google's own privacy policy governs data processed during authentication.
- Razorpay — processes payments where applicable (currently pending onboarding; WhatsApp is used for payment coordination in the interim).
- WhatsApp Business — used for direct communication after form submissions.
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, where all website and application data is stored.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, AdSense where active) — for website traffic analysis and, where applicable, advertising.
- Affiliate partners — see our Disclosure page for details on affiliate links.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies for basic functionality (e.g. remembering session state) and analytics (understanding how visitors use the site). You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function correctly if you do.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers hosted via Hostinger. We take reasonable technical measures — including data sanitization and access controls — to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account or profile is active, or as needed to provide services you've requested. Lead form submissions (audit requests, influencer enquiries, quote requests) are retained to allow us to follow up and for our own service records, unless you request deletion.
Your Rights
You can request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or legitimate business record-keeping requirements.
- Withdraw consent for communication at any time (e.g. by asking us to stop contacting you via WhatsApp or email).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
